Once you order, you'll receive three emails letting you know where your order is. The first email confirms that we received your order. The second will let you know we are processing your order, making it YOU-nique. The third email will let you know that your Box That Rocks is on its way and provide tracking information. Be prepared to dot-along with us to the dot-errific dance!
Yes! Currently we deliver to the United States, Australia, Canada and United Kingdom (including all non-continental US and APO/FPO), however, we can take orders from anywhere in the world for delivery within these countries. International shipping rates apply - the cost and time-frame are specified during the checkout process. We are always looking for ways to get our great products out to even more people, so please check back with us!
We take pride in announcing that ALL of your products ship right out of our facility! We do it all for you, shipped right to your front door. If you have a larger order there is a possibility that you may receive more than one Box That Rocks, but wait until you see our boxes - you'll want to order even more!
We will replace any calendars that are defective (printing blemishes, missing, torn, or loose pages, damaged in transit, etc.).
You are fully responsible for spelling and grammar errors, missing text, improperly sized text, etc. You are also responsible for images that do not print crisply due to low resolution (our software will assess the resolution of each image and let you know if the resolution is less than ideal).
